How much does a sourcing mission cost?

The Sourcing Mission is €1,800, paid upfront. Other services are quoted based on the product, volumes and the level of coordination required.

What exactly does the €1,800 mission cover?

It covers the kick-off strategy session, the Supplier Brief, manufacturer research, analysis of capabilities, MOQs and lead times, review of customization options, first conversations and negotiations, a shortlist of 3 to 5 suppliers when the market allows, initial sample coordination, a supplier comparison, photos and videos when available, then a final report with a GO / NO-GO recommendation.

How many products can I include?

Accepted Answer

One mission covers one defined product or one coherent product family. If your need spans very different categories, we split it into several missions so the research stays precise.

Are samples included?

Accepted Answer

Sample coordination is included, but the cost of the samples and their shipping remain your responsibility and are billed separately by the supplier or the carrier.

Does Ghost Partners guarantee product compliance?

Accepted Answer

No. We collect the available documentation and coordinate testing when relevant, but certifications, laboratory testing and regulatory approvals are the responsibility of qualified independent bodies.

Can you visit every factory?

Accepted Answer

No. Visits depend on location, timing, product category and the manufacturer's agreement. We state clearly what was verified on site and what was not.

Can you manage production after the research?

Accepted Answer

Yes, production management is a separate service that can be activated after the research mission. It is not automatically included in the €1,800 mission.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes, as long as the project is defined enough: an identified product, a target quantity and a budget that is realistic against market MOQs.

Can you support a product intended for a public contract?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We turn the tender requirements into a workable supplier brief, research manufacturers, compare capabilities and gather the available technical documentation. We do not handle the legal or administrative side of the bid.

Who pays the manufacturer?

Accepted Answer

The client pays the manufacturer directly unless agreed otherwise. Ghost Partners invoices its services, not the goods.

Does Ghost Partners arrange freight?

Accepted Answer

We prepare the information freight requires and coordinate with logistics partners. The transport contract and import formalities remain handled by the qualified providers.

What happens if no suitable supplier is found?

Accepted Answer

The mission pays for the research, analysis, outreach and comparison work. It does not guarantee that an acceptable supplier exists for every combination of price, quantity, lead time and specification. The final report explains the findings and gives a GO / NO-GO recommendation.
